Raised in Orange County, Virginia, Adrianna has been a realtor for nearly 35 years. She holds the highly sought after CCIM (certified commercial investment member) designation specializing in land, farm, and commercial properties. She and her husband, Thomas "Bucky" Waddy have a farm in Rhoadesville, and are very civic minded. She serves as president of the Orange County Habitat for Humanity, the Vestry of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, and President of the Bull Run Hunt. She belongs to Loopnet, the world’s largest commercial real estate website, Orange County Downtown Alliance, Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Mine Run Volunteer Auxilary, Friends of Montpelier, and previously served on the Fredericksburg Mental Health Association Board of Directors.
Our office, located at 151 West Main Street in Orange, has been a real estate office for about 60 years. We bought the company, lock, stock and barrel from the previous company that had been there for about 18 years. Prior to that it was "Brooks Realty" for about 30 years. We have tried to maintain the original look to what once was a home, but add the needed amenities to bring it up to date in comfort. We have about 15 full and part time agents all with the same good hearted spirit to help people.
