Raised in Orange County, Virginia, Adrianna has been licensed for 36 years. She holds the highly sought after CCIM (certified commercial investment member) designation specializing in land, farm, and commercial properties as well as a Licensed Broker in Virginia and North Carolina. Our second office is located in Topsail Beach, NC where Adrianna handles Beach Properties.
Adrianna and her husband, Thomas "Bucky" Waddy have a Horse and Cattle Farm in Rhoadesville, and are very civic minded. She serves as President of the Orange County Habitat for Humanity, the Vestry of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, and President of the Bull Run Hunt Club.
Adrianna belongs to Loopnet, the world’s largest commercial real estate website, Orange County Downtown Alliance, Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Mine Run Volunteer Auxilary, Friends of Montpelier, and previously served on the Fredericksburg Mental Health Association Board of Directors.
