Thanks So Much for visiting my webpage, my name is Denise Pagan. I grew up in Louisiana and graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in English and Science. I taught school in Louisiana and Texas for a few years, then met my husband and we moved to Turkey. We lived in Ankara for almost 3 years before moving to the states where we settled in Virginia.
We bought a beautiful historical farm in Spotsylvania County. We raise horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, llamas, chickens, ducks, geese, dogs, cats and if that wasn't enough I am the proud mother of 7 wonderful children. All of my children have attended both private and public schools in Orange and Spotsylvania Counties, so I know which ones are the best around here! After my last child was born, I started a decorating business and have decorated several homes and estates in the Central Virginia region. After many years of planting flowers and bushes I started noticing so many unusual plantings around our farm, I received my certificate as a Master Gardener.
I started with Cowan Realty 4 years ago, after the "bust" of the housing market. Most people thought that I was crazy to get into real estate at that time. However, I am not a person to just sit back and allow things to happen. I started studying the philosophy of such well known authors and real estate success stories of Anthony Robbins, Dave Ramsey and especially Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad". I believe that my speciality is turning every person I know into a landlord. My husband and I currently own and manage over 12 residential and commercial properties and are continually looking for more.
