Thank you for visiting my webpage, I started my career in Real Estate 10 years ago in the Fredericksburg area and obtained "Rookie of the Year" award my first year with Coldwell Banker Elite. In 2004, I saw a career change from Realtor to Loan officer with Riley Home Mortgage. The short time I spent as a loan officer improved my knowledge of loan products, appraisals & credit repair.
In 2006, I went back to Real Estate joining Adrianna S Cowan & Associates and Cowan Realty. The housing market had changed drastically and with it came new challenges…short sales & REO’s better known as foreclosures. Embracing the changes I became an REO specialist earning my A-REO designation and for the past 4 years have worked as an agent for Fannie Mae, Bank Of America, Aurora, Litton and more.
